According to Converting Magazine in their article “WEB COATING: A COMPARISON BETWEEN TECHNOLOGIES,” web coating technologies have evolved over the last few decades.
“Nowadays, coating stations with even six smooth rolls for highspeed applications exceeding operational speeds of 800 mpm are quite common, but the difference in the setup and arrangement of the rolls is not limited to just one more roll,” Converting Magazine said.
