OVERVIEW
The Foam Fabricating Adhesives group designs, manufactures, and provides a complete line of adhesive solutions for foam fabricating applications, which are the bonding of cushioning materials that are found in mattress and furniture manufacturing operations. Our adhesive line includes water-based, hot melt, reactive moisture curing prepolymers, and solvent-based, including VOC-free solvent-based adhesives.

The Foam Fabricating R&D laboratory is in Richmond, VA and is staffed with formulating and design professionals devoted to providing customer solutions, and resolution of pain points, for customer foam fabricating operations.
Our R&D team routinely identify solutions for the latest problems that are encountered in the constantly changing mattress and furniture manufacturing processes. With our mattress build laboratory we can resolve manufacturing bottle necks, environmental regulatory issues, operator or consumer safety matters or technology changes, by having the ability to exactly duplicate the assembly of full-size mattresses in house.
